With over 40 years of experience in outcome-based selling, DiSC®-driven training, and sales management, David has built a reputation for aligning sales teams with business objectives and delivering sustainable growth. His 20-year legacy in AV distribution and manufacturing, combined with a passion for teaching and supporting sales professionals, makes David a perfect fit for revenueify’s mission. 


David joins us not just as a sales leader, but as someone who is truly “giving back” to an industry he loves. His focus: empowering manufacturers and distribution partners in the AV space to achieve new levels of sales performance and customer value.

Q1: Why Join revenueify? 

David, you’ve had a remarkable career in outcome-based selling and sales training. What drew you to revenueify at this stage? 

 

“I’ve spent decades helping sales teams move beyond transactional selling to focus on outcomes that matter—profitability, customer value, and long-term relationships. The Customer Focused Selling® methodology and the F.I.N.D. Interview System® have been at the heart of my approach, enabling teams to uncover important business objectives and deliver real results. Joining revenueify is my way to give back to the AV industry. I’m excited to work with a team that values data-driven, industry-specific programs and is relentless about helping clients achieve measurable outcomes. It’s about making a lasting impact, not just hitting a number.” 

 

Q2: What Will Your Focus Area Be? 

What will you be working on at revenueify, and how will it help manufacturers and distributors? 

 

“My primary focus will be supporting manufacturers and distributors in the AV industry. These organizations are under pressure to drive outcomes, not just transactions. I’ll be leveraging revenueify’s unique ability to customize skills training and talent sourcing, designing programs that fit each company’s needs and culture. We’ll use outcome-based selling to help teams move opportunities forward, improve win rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. I’m committed to working side-by-side with leadership to elevate team performance and contributions across the organization.” 

 

Q3: What Do You Feel Is the Biggest Area of Opportunity for Distributors in Commercial Integration? 

Where do you see the greatest potential for distributors to make an impact? 

 

“Integrators often struggle to drive opportunities forward in today’s complex market. Distributors are uniquely positioned to empower integrators—to help them identify, qualify, and close more business. The biggest opportunity is for distributors to become true partners, not just suppliers. This means helping integrators uncover important business objectives, ask better questions, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.  I’m excited to help distributors &MFGs  increase win rates and become indispensable to their integration partners.” 

 

Q4: Where’s the Best Spot in Florida for Fly Fishing? 

We hear you’re an avid fly fisher. Any favorite spots? 

 

“Absolutely! Florida is a fly fisher’s paradise. If I had to pick one, I’d say the flats north of Islamorada for bonefish, permit, and tarpon. There’s nothing like an early morning on the flats, casting to tailing fish. It’s a great reminder that success—whether in fishing or sales—comes from preparation, patience, and adapting to the conditions.”
